From the last Healing Circle in February

Our monthly healing circle for March is going to involve Shamanic Drumming with the intention of connecting to Spirit Helpers (Animal Spirits). This is for beginners and will be largely based on the Harner practices of Power Animals.

Cost: A Donation of $10 is recommended but not required

Location: TBD (North Side more than likely, however the shop last time is changing ownership this month.)

Expectations: This event is open to anyone seeking to connect with their spiritual helpers through rhythmic drumming techniques. There will be a week of recommended diets/disconnects recommended prior to the event. Otherwise come with a clear and open mind! For those who have connections to a helpers already, this can be a time to build deeper connections or go on your own journeys.
